EXPERIENCE
Professional Background

Case Studies
The Case of the Fallen Fork and Spilled Chocolate Crumbs
- During my first days as a server at the PCC's Gateway buffet, there was a customer whose fork fell on the floor which matter I immediately attended to wherein I instantly went to get a new fork for that customer. The same thing happened when another customer spilled some chocolate crumbs by accident as he/she just came from the ice cream station, i immediately went and cleaned it up and ensured the person that i was going to take care of the mess and that they didn't need to worry about it.
The Case of a Seating Disarrangement
- During my second day as a Gateway server, there was an instance when the head of a party of 24 customers reported a complaint due to a seating disarrangement wherein a couple of other people, who weren't a part of their company, happened to have their tables and seats become directly connected with theirs. I instantly considered the matter, apologized for the inconvenience and then asked one of the lead supervisors to assist with the matter. In just a few moments, the matter was solved by having the other two customers move their table and chairs a little more separately from the guy's official group in order to avoid any inconvenience with the seating assignments and any other customer-related conflicts.
Creating a More Appealing Resume in Class
- During my class with Brother C, I got the chance to update my resume even further such as making more specified quantities of information and better clarity of my personal background, experience, and description in a way that appeals to an employer most effectively
Developing an Elevator Pitch through Numbers and Wordplay
- In my HTM-marketing class, I got to learn more effective strategies such as using numbers and words in order to impress an interviewer or professional employer most successfully in a way that stands out and remains purely unique.
Learning to Better Market Myself in class with “You-Phrasing” Strategies
- With "You-phrasing" techniques, it becomes easier to get the attention of a customer and appeal to them most effectively because treating them like your bestfriend definitely brings them out of their comfort zone and get them attracted to everything you have to offer. This is one of the things I've learned in my HTM class as well, therefore leading to a breakthrough from being a self-oriented professional to a customer-focused/oriented one.
